New Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary Working In Full Swing

The newly elected Chief Minister of Bihar has been taking an interest in improving the government's performance and establishing his image as a very strict administrator, according to a source. To refurbish the image, he is seeking officers who can perform. The present CS is one amongst many having service up to 2029 and was also awarded the best performer by the government in the past, according to the source. The CM also wants to have Sanjay as his secretary, and a search is on to have the DGP of his choice, according to the source. Two or three senior IPS officers are in line, but the final selection has yet to be made, the source says.
