Shubhendru Adhikari is getting nervous with the approaching state elections. To have some assurances on the projection of the CM face, Adhikar had a meeting with four members of parliament close to him and asked them to meet the senior-most leader of the party and government to express concern over the delay in the declaration of the CM’s name, source says.

All four met the HM and conveyed their concern with a request to declare the name source says. HM plainly told them that, as per the policy of the party, all the elections are to be contested in the name of the PM, and in West Bengal, also the elections will be contested in his name only, source says.

In reply to the submission that the last election of UP was contested in the name of Yogi, the HM asked the four leaders to suggest a name without any charges as the Yogi source says. All became speechless because Adhikari is not as clean as Yogi and came back without having any assurances source says.
