AAP's Sanjay Singh and Passport?

The Speaker of the Lok Sabha has constituted goodwill teams of members of parliament to visit various countries on goodwill missions. Sanjay Singh, AAP has been nominated as head of a team likely to visit the Caribbean countries, a source says. Seems the team working on the project failed to get the updated status of the passport of Sanjay Singh. His passport was deposited in 2023 during the processing exercise case and so far not received back in the meantime it was said that the passport is missing/lost and Sanjay Singh had to give a bond of some handsome amount. Now it has become very crucial that under these circumstances the team of the Speaker will get back the passport from the court of law or his name will be deleted from the list source says.
