    Former Chief Economic Advisor Ashok Kumar Lahiri has been appointed as Vice Chairperson, NITI Aayog, Government of India. Earlier, Lahiri had also served as Economic Advisor Ministry of Finance and Senior Economist IMF. Ashok Lahiri will be replacing Suman Bery whose term ends later this month.
