    Akhilesh Kumar Singh IPS officer Assam-Meghalaya 2003 batch who is presently posted as IG(L&O) Assam Police has been appointed as Police Observer for General Election to  Assemblies of Assam, Kerala Tamil Nadu Puducherry and West Bengal.  He also served in CBI and oversaw CBI Unit of West Bengal.
