Milind Shivaram Torawane, IAS officer Gujarat 2000 batch who is presently posted as Managing Director, Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (GSPC), Gandhinagar has been transferred as Principal Secretary Panchayats, Rural Housing & Rural Development Department with additional charge of the post of Commissioner of Rural Development & Principal Secretary (Rural Development). He will also additional charge of the post of Managing Director, Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (GSPC), Gandhinagar until further orders.
